  Not happy with them at all. I went in with a problem with my screen not working. I got told I would need to purchase a new phone. Ok no problem.... They had me do a buy out on my other phone which wasn't paid off yet. But the payment never was issued to Verizon. Verizon customer service told me they never put a payment through and I would need to repay the buyout to them. Here it is now 4days and I'm still getting the run around about issuing me the refund. This place gets ZERO STARS
