  I needed a car due to an accident (ice fell on the car from the top of the bridge). Insurance company arranged for a car from Enterprise in Swedesboro, NJ. I called to make sure the car was available and that someone would pick me up at 4:00 pm on March 8. Confirmed that they would be there and told them exactly where I would be. At 4:03 I called to find out if someone was coming. Informed she was on her way. The office and my location is a 5-minute drive with traffic. No show, Called again at 4:18 and again told she is on her way, she had to make a stop. What??? The only stop should have been to pick me up. No show. Called again at 4:28 and was told she just pulled up to look for a white pickup truck. Looking, then she calls, I'm here. Where? Out front - no I told the office to pick me up on the side. She comes around to the side and I get into a dirty car which was over 1/2 late. I had an appoint at 5:15 which I could have made if she arrived on time. I am furious! Not only was she late, the car was DIRTY!! I told her that if you were going to be late, then someone should have called to let me know she was going to be late. Her response was oh, something came up. I could have made other arrangements to have someone from my job take me to the Enterprise in Swedesboro. We take the 5-minute drive (yes, I timed it) to the office to fill out the paperwork. By the time I left the office, it was 4:55. I had to cancel my appointment. I can tolerate 5-10 minutes of being late, but 35 minutes is over the limit. As a customer, this is unacceptable. Customer service does not exist at the location - new staff at this office. Personel needs training on how to deal with customers. The lack of respect for my time and the dirty car has caused me to take my business to the competitor. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH ENTERPRISE!!!
  
  BTW - I was a loyal customer.
