  Beyond disappointed. I've gone to Ruby's countless times and it's always a hit or a miss. This time it was the biggest miss yet. Last night I was at the salon from 4:00-7:30 so that a friend and I (just TWO PEOPLE) could get our nails done. People who arrived after us were served and left before us. My nails were rushed and sloppy, done by Cindy. The gel polish is uneven and translucent in some areas. Then, this morning, I discovered that my right pinky nail is cracked. It's a few millimeters away from just breaking off entirely. I'm beyond disappointed, as I spent $30 on a refill that would look better if I had just done them myself.
